Mike Watson started Watson Heating + Cooling in 2009 with one truck and one toolbox. 17 years later, he and his son Josh Watson still run estimate visits themselves and jump on install days, backed by a crew of techs who’ve been on Watson trucks for years.

That mix is rare. Most HVAC shops our size grow into a front office and lose the hands-on owner. We haven’t. Mike Watsonpicks up his own phone, and most customers know who’s pulling into the driveway before we knock.

    We walk the whole system (ducts, returns, line sets, drains) and talk through what your house actually needs. Usually 45–60 minutes.

    Itemized quote by email within 24 hours. We explain every line and tell you when a repair beats a replacement.

    Clean install day

    Two-person crew. Floor protection from the truck in. Old equipment hauled away. Most single-system jobs wrap in one long day.

    Warranty + follow-up

    Tempstar 10-year parts warranty registered for you. One-year labor standard, lifetime on maintenance plans. Check-in call scheduled.

We dispatch trucks from three launch locations: Fort Thomas, Alexandria, and California, KY, so every primary service area has a short drive to the nearest Watson shop. Campbell County is home; Kenton, Boone, and SE Cincinnati are regular rotations.

Flat written quote after a free in-home assessment. The quote itemizes equipment, labor, permits, refrigerant, and any line-set or ductwork work we recommend. No phone quotes, we can't size a system responsibly over the phone.

We try our best to get out within 24 hours, often faster when a truck is free. Maintenance plan members get priority slotting. We won't promise a specific window we can't keep; we'll tell you a real ETA on the phone.

Good equipment at a fair wholesale price, solid parts availability, and a 10-year parts warranty when we register within 90 days. We'll also install Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or American Standard if you prefer, usually for a modest uplift.
