What sets this HVAC maintenance job apart.
Tune-ups follow a written checklist, not an installer's mood. Every line item from the brochure is what you actually get.
Capacitor + flame sensor proactive testing catches the two most common breakdowns before they strand you in a heat wave or cold snap.
Priority scheduling that actually works. Plan members go ahead of the queue, not into a separate-but-equal one.
Keeps your manufacturer warranty valid. Most systems require an annual inspection by a licensed HVAC contractor or coverage voids.
HVAC maintenance, quick answers.
- $225 a year, residential. Annual billing through us. The $59 trip charge applies to repair calls during the year (a $100+ savings on most diagnostic fees).
- For the plan, yes one per season, because each system needs different things checked. If you skip one, skip the spring AC visit before the fall furnace one. Heat exchanger issues are the risk you don't want to carry into winter.
- If it catches one avoided emergency call ($150 to $400), it paid for itself. If it catches a heat exchanger crack early, it might save your family from carbon monoxide exposure. Most plan customers recoup the annual cost every 2 to 3 years just on avoided repairs.
- Absolutely. We inherit systems all the time. The first visit is a longer baseline inspection so we understand what we're working with.
- Every paid plan triggers a donation in your name to the Team Mo Scholarship Foundation, which supports the education of EMTs and paramedics. Founded in memory of Monica Rath. We don't add it to your invoice; it's our donation.
Watson HVAC maintenance reviews.
Google reviews from Northern Kentucky homeowners, filtered to mentions of HVAC maintenance work.
“A wonderful family owned and local company! When my furnace went out they were able to come the next day to diagnose the issue and they walked me through what needed to be done to get it back up and running. When all the parts came in they quickly came to fix the issue and even gave me tips for better airflow. I would highly recommend Watson Heating and Cooling to anyone needing maintenance or repairs to their air systems and looking forward to hiring them in the future for maintenance.”
“Mike and Josh are the best! My heat went out and they were there same day/next day to diagnose the problem and talk me through what needed to be done. With parts ordered and delayed a couple days due to the weekend, they were there Monday to fix and solve the problem within a couple hours. Great family owned company, that I will continue to use for repairs and yearly maintenance!”
“Watson Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing my old and undersized HVAC system. Excellent customer service at a fair price. I'll definitely be signing up for their biannual system checkup plan to keep it running smoothly.”
